Rebecca cha, Master’s Level intern

she / her

As a Gaia intern completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Agnes Scott College, I bring a uniquely creative and culturally sensitive lens to therapy. My background as a professional private chef, travel writer, and Columbia University graduate (Music Composition/Italian) allows me to understand the diverse, cultural, internal and intergenerational patterns that shape us. I combine sound clinical principles with a warm, empathetic approach to help families shift from survival mode to thriving.

Focusing on families and specializing in single parenting, divorce, parental alienation, emotional management and relational trauma, I use both adult-focused and child-centered techniques to foster stronger connections and long-term resilience. My goal is to create a safe space where parents and children can reframe challenges and build fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, I am a parent, partner, runner, musical theatre buff, and avid horseback rider.
